I help people understand their inner patterns, take responsibility for change, and consciously grow- emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
Many people come to therapy with a hope they don't always voice: to be fixed. To have something difficult
lifted away, calmed, or neatly resolved with minimal disruption to their lives. This is understandable.
But therapy that aims only to reduce discomfort rarely creates lasting change. I don’t see my role as fixing something broken in you. I see my role as guiding you toward awareness, responsibility, and choice, someone
who helps you understand the system that creates the problematic inner patterns: so that you can change how
ou live inside yourself and with others.
A growth-oriented therapy asks something from you in-return, these are good questions to consider to assess
fit with me:
* are you ready and willing to feel what you usually avoid?
* do you have a sense of curiosity about your own defences and want to make changes in your life?
* are you willing to be challenged by your therapist (which can feel uncomfortable) ?
* do you have patience with slow, non-linear change?
If you have answered “yes” to above questions, then my style of therapy may suit you. Challenge, when grounded in safety and respect, is an invitation into growth.
